What we are looking for in Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef applicants:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in a Michelin, Hatted or quality dining establishment
- A demonstrated passion for cuisine and being a chef
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to details and consistency
- Excellent communication and time management skills
