Our client is currently offering an exciting opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals with 5-star customer service backgrounds, a desire to grow in a dynamic environment and become the face of a top tier brand.

This opportunity is the perfect match between client service and corporate – Monday to Friday, full-time hours in a stunning location and working for an internationally recognised brand.

About your new role

You will be part of a team of like-minded professionals, all with the same dedication to great customer service and a passion for working with people.

Reporting to your site manager, you will;
  • Promote a one team approach across the team to ensure maximum collaboration and effective communication,
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and events,
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain high customer service levels,
  • Help deliver the Client Services strategy,
  • Monitor customer complaints and provide suitable outcomes where appropriate,
  • Building relationships with our customers and clients,
  • Work closely with Reception TL, Events, Concierge, Boardroom and Catering teams,
  • Understanding the capabilities of meeting rooms to properly inform our customers, and
  • Liaising with customers to ensure all information relating to their booking is captured.

 

What is expected from you

This position is very customer service oriented, so the highest standards are expected while working at the concierge desk.

The ideal background;
  • 1 or more years’ face to face customer service experience in hospitality working in a refined environment,
  • Be able to provide top-quality service
  • Have a great understanding of MS office suite and technology, its role in the workplace and its capacity to assist guests
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and manage positive working relationships with different stakeholders,
  • You will be representing the company, so we are looking for candidates with immaculate presentation and fantastic communication skills.
