About your new role
You will be part of team of like-minded professionals, all with the same dedication for great customer service and a passion for working with people.
Reporting to your site manager, you will;
Be the first point of contact for high volume VIP guests,
Assist and answer queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders,
Direct guests to meeting rooms and waiting areas,
Manage access passes and systems, and
Show your best self and will not hesitate to go out of your way to satisfy guests.
What is expected from you
This position is very customer service oriented, so the highest standards are expected while working at the concierge desk.
The ideal background;
2 or more years’ face to face customer service experience in hospitality working in a refined environment,
Be able to provide top-quality service in high volumes
Have a great understanding of technology, its role in the workplace and its capacity to assist guests
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and manage positive working relationships with different stakeholders,
You will be representing the company, so we are looking for candidates with immaculate presentation and fantastic communication skills.
