A popular hotel located in the heart of North Sydney’s bustling business district, the hotel boasts one restaurant and bar, 165 rooms and conferencing and functions spaces.
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Sous Chef or Head Chef to lead a small but great team of chefs. Regular Monday – Friday trading hours (with just the occasional weekend shifts) two consecutive days off in a row! Are you ready to claim back your life?
You will have:
- Have experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Hold professional trade qualifications.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good administration skills and proven ability to maintain food & wage costs.
- A hands-on leader with the ability to coach and motivate the team.
