JRM Hospitality is searching for a senior level Sous Chefs to work with an industry-leading client located in the heart of Sydney. Our client boasts an impressive portfolio including some of Sydney’s leading restaurants.

Whether you are looking to further refine your skills, improve your understanding of business operations and take the next step toward leading your own team; this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that invests in its people.

We are looking for passionate and hard working chefs that have previous proven experience in a Sous chef position. You must possess a genuine hunger to learn and to succeed in this industry.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Previous experience in a Sous Chef role
  • Great communication skills
  • A genuine passion and drive
  • High volume experience
  • The ability to work well under pressure

  • Previous fine dining or hatted experience
  • Great organisation skills
  • High hygiene and work safety standards
