James Metcalfe
Managing Director

Our very own Executive Head Chef, James, has worked in double hatted and Michelin star restaurants in both London and Sydney. He has experience in managing existing institutions and creating sensational new brands. His passion for food and excellence runs through the core of JRM.

Lisa Metcalfe
Client Services Director

Lisa is the ‘People Person’. She has a wealth of experience in training, customer service and business management. Her focus at JRM is to ensure that everyone we deal with has the best possible experience, as well as leading from the front with professionalism and quality.

Daniel Barber
Commercial Director

Daniel has over 25 years’ experience in tax, investment banking, consulting, recruitment and energy markets, both in Australia and the UK. His focus at JRM is to ensure strategy outcomes are delivered effectively and on time.

Ben Pearce
General Manager

Ben's knowledge of Hospitality Management is second to none, having been involved in developing some of Sydney's most iconic venues. He is responsible for driving JRM forward, managing day to day operations and ensuring that the customer experience is '100% JRM'.

Kristin Jonasson
Communications Manager

Kristin is very passionate and comes from a strong hospitality background. Since training as a chef in London she has worked herself around the world, both back and front of house. Her focus at JRM is to connect and network within the industry and highlight passionate and hard working hospitality professionals in her monthly blogs.

Nick Shearing
Division Manager | Permanent Placements

Nick comes from a strong background in hospitality recruitment. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the biggest names in our industry in both London and Sydney. Nick's focus at JRM is business development, and to build high-quality client and candidate relationships through his experience and understanding of the needs of the industry.

Adrien Dumont
Senior Account Coordinator

Adrien comes from a strong background in corporate customer service and loves meeting new people. He has great people skills and knowledge of human resources as well as a degree in psychology. His focus at JRM is to take care of our candidates and make sure that they transition into their new role is as smooth as possible.

Max Heinz
Principal Consultant | Pubs & Hotels

Max comes from a family of hospitality and has almost 10 years experience within recruitment and customer service. Max loves the hospitality industry and is very passionate about beer. His focus at JRM is the Pub and Hotel sector where he has strong connections and experience, particularly as a customer.

Petja Ventrubova
Training & Event Staff Manager

Petja's background in hospitality extends from high end restaurants, to corporate boardrooms and managing large functions and events. At JRM, Petja is responsible for the recruitment, training and allocation of our temporary and event staff.

Jamie Henshall
Development Chef | Corporate Division

Jamie's culinary career spans 15+ years ranging from hatted restaurants to large, corporate catering operations. Jamie's role at JRM is to oversee our corporate culinary contracts from an operational perspective and ensure that our food offer is ever evolving and on trend.
