In support of the Children’s Cancer Institute Australia, this unforgettable event features five of Sydney’s most acclaimed chefs, each daring to take on a course in a spectacular line up that promises to delight and inspire.

Hosted as part of the CEO Dare to Cure campaign, this event sees JRM’s own James Metcalfe step up for the sixth year running, taking on a daring personal challenge to help fund life-saving research and ultimately put an end to childhood cancer.
