Introducing the JRM Achievement Medals… aka the JAMMIES!
The Jammies are our way of celebrating and rewarding ongoing employee excellence.
A JRM Achievement Medal (JAM) will be awarded each month to the employee who we believe has stepped up & gone above and beyond to better the community.
The annual Jammies are presented at our annual awards night which is a formal, company wide celebration.
MONTHLY AWARDS
This award is open to all employees who have made a positive difference by either consistently delivering a superior service or who have gone above and beyond to achieve excellence.
Any JRM employee or client can nominate a JRM team member for a JAM. All submissions are reviewed by the Jammies taskforce and the winners are selected on the first Tuesday of each month.
