While most people are familiar with chef René Redzepe not many of us outside of Scandinavia have heard of Clause Meyer. Clause was in fact the one of the founders of world famous restaurant Noma in Copenhagen.
In Denmark, Meyer needs no introduction: he was the host of a popular TV cooking show and the 52-year-old entrepreneur now has an empire that includes books, delis, bakeries, a country hotel and high-end restaurants.
The Guardian has very interesting artichle about Clause Meyer written by Tim Lewis.
