COVID-19

The following notice refers to JRM Hospitality and all JRM Venues including Freddie Green’s, Saint George & W&Co.

In these uncertain times, we are doing everything we can to minimise the risk to our staff and customers. We have implemented further hygiene procedures at our venues which already hold 5-star health & hygiene ratings.

Safety, as always, is at the forefront of our minds.

The additional steps we have introduced include:

  • Conducting additional daily deep cleans of all our venues
  • Increased the frequency of sanitization for door knobs, dining tables, bar tops, POS technologies, phones, menus, bill wallets, chair frames and high chairs.
  • Ensuring all venues are equipped with ample hand sanitiser for staff and guests.
  • Instructing our staff to avoid the working environment if they come into contact with people who are unwell or notice any symptoms for themselves.
  • Cancelling all non-essential travel for employees including travel between venues, client sites and Head Office.
  • Checking in with our staff to ensure they are maintaining their general health and wellbeing. We are also reminding them to stay vigilant by increasing the frequency of their hygiene routine and refrain from touching their nose, eyes and mouth.
  • Updating staff on the latest developments and advice from WHO and NSW Health.

It is important to be cautious to protect those vulnerable in our community and we ask you to postpone your booking with us if you present flu-like symptoms. Although, we are immeasurably grateful for the support of our community in the wake of COVID-19. During this volatile time, your business allows us to support our team, staff and suppliers who are providing for their families.

JRM Hospitality and all JRM Venues intend to remain open with the assistance of our revised safety measures so we can continue to provide Sydney with the very best in hospitality and a short break from reality over the delicious food and wine that we are known for.
