An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Cafe Manager to join a premium workplace hospitality environment in Sydney CBD. Following a significant multi-million-dollar redevelopment, this business is redefining what corporate hospitality looks like, creating a vibrant, modern and engaging cafe experience for thousands of professionals each day.
This is not your typical corporate cafe, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming, energetic and customer-focused environment, leading a passionate team while delivering a premium hospitality experience that rivals some of Sydney's best cafes.
The Opportunity
Initially based within an established CBD operation, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to a brand-new flagship venue opening later this year. The new space will feature contemporary food concepts, specialty coffee, grab-and-go retail, wellness-focused offerings, event activations and a highly engaged customer base.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of front-of-house professionals
- Driving customer engagement and creating memorable daily experiences
- Maintaining exceptional service standards and presentation throughout the venue
- Building a positive team culture focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Working closely with the culinary team on product offerings and activations
- Managing daily operations including ordering, stock control and service delivery
- Supporting coffee operations and ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and venue performance
About You
- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager within a premium cafe environment
- Energetic, engaging and confident personality with a genuine sense of warmth and care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Passion for hospitality, coffee and customer service
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience within high-volume cafes, specialty coffee venues or premium hospitality operations will be highly regarded
