As part of our involvement in this years CEO CookOff we are organising an exclusive wine dinner with James Metcalfe and Alex Retief
to raise funds for the event.
Our Managing Director Chef James Metcalfe is best known from his time as Head chef at Justin North’s Becasse and he will be cooking on the night at this exclusive 4-course dinner with matching wine from A.Retief. The dinner will be held at the very cool Urban Winery in St Peters.This will be a great evening for all those who have missed James’s cooking this last year and are yet to check out the unique space that is Sydney’s first Urban Winery.
After a couple of years in the making, Retief opened the doors at his unique winery in 2016. It was a bold move to open a winery in the industrial suburb of St Peters. However, it has been a welcomed new addition to the suburb, that has given people the chance to get a closer insight into wine production and understand the process behind it. The Urban Winery Sydney has also become a popular events spot and James is very excited that Alex jumped on board to support this fantastic cause.
This event will be held on Tuesday the 21st of February and will be sponsored by some amazing Sydney producers.
There will also be a silent auction on the night with great prizes, including restaurant vouchers and private chef dinners, weekend getaways and loads of other great items
