Spread over five mouth-watering days from 16-20 May 2019, Noosa Food & Wine Festival is an annual love affair of great food, wine, live music and entertainment in one of Australia’s favourite foodie destinations, Noosa.

Our founder James Metcalfe held a spectacular event at Rickys Woodfire Grill
on the water’s edge. This 5-star degustation with matching booze was everything we imagined. The customers enjoyed Wagyu bresaola, ravioli of wood charred then braised oxtail, braised rangers valley short rib and Woombye washed rind to finish.
This year’s focus was all about sustainable ingredients and suppliers, James kept this top of mind when designing his menu.
“The ravioli was just divine, it melted on my tongue and it was so flavoursome,” said one satisfied customer.
