Meet Georgia, one of our most dynamic and energetic team members. With her infectious personality and unwavering passion for hospitality, Georgia is a force to be reckoned with. We caught up with her to learn more about her interests and unique quirks.
What inspired you to get into hospitality? “The fast-paced environment and meeting great people drew me to the hospitality industry. I love learning all the skills and time management that comes with it.”
What do you like to do outside of work? “I absolutely love the outdoors and being around nature! You’ll often find me camping, hiking, fishing, off-roading with my husband, abseiling, or doing anything adventurous. I also enjoy reading in my spare time.”
Are there any fun facts you would like to share with the world?! “I have a small business making and selling jewellery and rosaries, among other things. It’s a creative outlet for me outside of work.”
What’s your favourite recipe or dish? “I love food, so that’s a hard one. I guess I would have to say any kind of slow-cooked meat. The longer it takes to cook, the better!”
If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, fictional or real, who would it be? “Oh, definitely Bear Grylls. I’d love to swap survival tips!”
