Tuesday 18 September, 2018: Renowned chef and hospitality consultant, James Metcalfe, founder of JRM Hospitality has partnered with Australia’s fastest growing network of flexible workspaces, WOTSO to launch W&CO. – an all-new café, conveniently located within the WOTSO Workspace in Pyrmont.
The 20 square-metre W&CO. café will serve locally-sourced fresh seasonal produce, designed by James Metcalfe. The all-day menu will include: freshly baked croissants and pastry’s, house baked Verona Chocolate muffins, seasonal salads, baguettes and sourdough sandwiches as well as a twist on Poke Bowl variations. The team of highly experienced baristas will craft delicious coffees utilising Toby’s Estate Coffee roasters – the coffee of choice for many coffee connoisseurs.
To celebrate the launch, W&Co. will be serving complimentary hot drinks on Friday 21 September from 7am until 2pm.
