JRM Christmas Wrap Up 2022

JRM Best Hospitality Staffing Agency

JRM’s 2022 Christmas Wrap Up

If there was a quote which summed up JRM in 2022 it would be this; “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive. And to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style”, Mary Angelou.

2022 has been the year JRM has thrived. We started the year off with a bang by moving into our stylish new home in the heart of Surry Hills. We had a wonderful office warming to celebrate which coincided with the Queen’s platinum jubilee.

The passion that each and every one of our staff members brought to work each day gave us the opportunity to work with an incredible portfolio of clients, both new and old. The JRM team has grown this year and we’ve welcomed many talented new professionals into the family. This is largely because of the excellent referrals from within the team – great people know great people!

As always, our team continues to be our primary focus and our determination to ensure the JRM team not only survives, but thrives was cemented with the launch of our “Work-Life Brilliance” program. This has enabled us to regularly recognise and reward each and every employee for their hard work, commitment and loyalty. One component of the work-life brilliance program was the launch of the Jammies (our awards program) and in July we were able to host the inaugural JAMMIES Awards Night! The team celebrated in true JRM style with a Christmas in July theme. A good time and lots of laughs were had by all. Once again congratulations to Ann Satjanadamrong, Ni Ariani, Ram Bhattachan & Hanneke Olthof for being our inaugural winners & for continuing to inspire us all.

We continued to support our charity partners throughout the year, with the highlight being the CEO Dare to Cure event in September. Due to the generosity of those who donated & volunteered we were able to raise over $30,000 for the Children’s Cancer Institute. This put JRM in the top 5 fundraisers in NSW, and in 7th place nationally – an outstanding achievement. The compassion showed by the team was overwhelming & we look forward to raising more funds next year. Our philanthropic efforts did not end there, we were also involved with a number of other charities including the CEO Sleep Out, C!nc’s Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation Fundraiser and NICI.

Thank you to everyone who made 2022 such a wonderful year. We look forward to more good times in 2023.

Wishing you and your loved ones a very merry Christmas & a happy new year!
