We are very proud to announce the opening of JRM Queensland, based in the heart of Brisbane.
JRM’s interstate extension follows the successful Sydney launch just nine years ago – and our new Eastern Seaboard operation marks the second state operated by JRM.
The new QLD operation will target a significant portion of the local market, catering primarily to regions from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Leading the operation is, chef and business consultant, James Metcalfe who is a force to be reckoned with. Metcalfe has been living and breathing the industry for over 25 years working in both double hatted and Michelin star restaurants across London and Sydney before launching JRM Hospitality. James comments: “We know the Queensland market poses enormous opportunity for JRM and we’re delighted to extend our footprint into this market.
“The hospitality industry in Queensland is currently experiencing huge growth – and with the impending launch of the new casino, we’re confident our new branch will flourish.”
Of course, Sydney operations will continue to operate as usual.
