A few months ago we started working with The National Indigenous Culinary Institute – NICI.
NICI is an industry inspired & initiated program dedicated to creating highly skilled indigenous chefs.
The program offers elite training for aspiring indigenous chefs and gives them the opportunity to be mentored by Australia’s top chefs at a host restaurant.
In partnership with The Pines, Cronulla, we welcomed our NICI superstar Rachel to the team.
Rachel has quickly become an important member of the team and has been an absolute joy to work with.
We look forward to working with more aspiring indigenous chefs like Rachel in the future.
