2020 has undoubtedly been the most challenging year in the history of the hospitality industry, but it has also been the most humbling.
As the restrictions began to ease, the JRM team reached out to a few of our industry partners to find out how they were getting on and to see if they could benefit from our assistance in getting their businesses back up and running again.
The biggest challenge we’ve encountered across the spectrum is with personnel. The reasons why range from the loss of staff members who have returned to their native countries to the struggle with motivation amongst the lucky ones to be on job keeper. People are our speciality and that is where we have been able to provide the most help to our partners to ensure they can rebound strongly.
We have been overwhelmed by the response and have really enjoyed being a part of our much loved client’s relaunch success stories.
