Earlier this month, we fast tracked the Fair Work Commission’s wage increase giving our employees a pay rise three months ahead of schedule. Our employees deserve this and we are excited to be able to give them this boost.
This week we’ve launched ‘Just Reward Me’ an initiative that we’ve been working on for a number of months. Just Reward Me is a benefits portal which recognises and rewards the hard-work, commitment and loyalty of everyone at JRM through employee-to-employee recognition, the latest in-house news, a frequent worker rewards program and an impressive discount scheme.
We’re excited about every aspect of the program, but the one feature that we believe will be a game changer and will give our employees a significant financial advantage is the discount scheme. Just Reward Me is just one component of the JRM Work-Life Brilliance program, but we believe this component will have the biggest impact on the team as this will arm them with the tools they need to continue to live their lives to the fullest in the current economic climate.
