Who do you want to share the evening with? By entering our Instagram competition you and three friends could experience our impeccable 5 course tasting menu designed by Head Chef and Owner, James Metcalfe, on us!

Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is a promotional game conducted by Saint George Dining (“Saint George”).
  2. By entering, you agree to accept these terms and conditions, and warrant that you meet the entry requirements.
  3. The promotion opens at 6pm, Wednesday 17th July 2019 and closes 12pm Friday 16th August 2019.
  4. Entry is open to Australian citizens or permanent residents and individuals residing in Australia during the promotional period. You must be over the age of eighteen (18) by the competition closure date. Saint George reserves the right to verify the identity of entrants at any time and may disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Saint George is free to accept entries which contain errors and omission at its discretion.
  5. Entry into the competition is free (other than the cost of accessing the website, which is your responsibility).
  6. Applicants are permitted to enter more than once (1).
  7. To be eligible to win, applicants must tag three (3) active Instagram accounts in the comments and all four (4) accounts must be following the Instagram handle @saintgeorgedining.
  8. No responsibility is taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  9. The prize draw will take place at 3pm on Friday 16th August 2019 at the JRM Hospitality Head Office. One winner will be selected by a random draw. Saint George’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. One prize will be awarded, consisting of four (4) tickets, one (1) person per ticket, for the 5-course set tasting menu at Saint George Dining, Chippendale. All tickets are valued at $65 each and must be used in one sitting. Tickets are valid for use from 5pm onwards until 30/09/19 and a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  11. Prize winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram and by publication on Instagram, the Instagram username of winner will be published on various social media.
  12. Prizes will be emailed to the winner in August 2019 at the email address provided by them in writing. If the prize winner cannot be contacted and confirmed within two (2) days of the prize draw, then a new winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entrants.
  13. Saint George Dining reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be run due to any reason beyond Saint George’s control, or if Saint George determines that the integrity or administration of the promotion has been adversely affected due to circumstances beyond its control. Saint George may also disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entry process.
  14. Saint George will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or injury sustained by any entrant in connection with this prize draw, a prize or redemption of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  15. Any personal information you provide to Saint George in the course of entering or winning the competition will be dealt with by Saint George in accordance with these terms and conditions. Your personal information may be used for distributing communications and marketing materials and event information in the future.
